Can I afford to live here?

During the initial admission meeting, our billing department representative will fully explain how our billing process works and answer questions regarding your insurance coverage, Medicaid, Medicare or how you can pay privately for your stay.

How many meals are included?

Three regular meals are provided daily and snacks and beverages are provided between meals for all residents to enjoy.

How will I get medical care?

Pinecrest has a staff physician and physician assistant conveniently located on-site. We have 24-hr medical care available by physicians, PAs, RNs, LPNs, and other Staff.

When can my friends and family visit me?

Pinecrest has unlimited visiting hours for friends and family. They may visit whenever they like, however we encourage all visitors to be mindful of when residents retire to bed.

Can I bring my dog or cat?

You may not bring your pet with you when you come to stay at Pinecrest. However, your family and friends are encouraged to bring your pet for visits. All visiting pets must go through a temperament test, show proof of shots and be on a leash.

Do you have a hair salon?

Pinecrest has a hair salon on-site that provides barber cuts, haircuts, perms, tints and sets.

Is Pinecrest responsible for my laundry?

Pinecrest has a full-service laundry and housekeeping department. In addition to your room being cleaned daily, personal laundry, linen and seamstress services are all included as part of your stay. All clothes are labeled, ensuring they will make it back to you.

What activities do you have?

Pinecrest has organized activities such as, Bingo, Church Services, Live Music, Theater Quality Movies, Happy Hours, and special events year round.
